Marjorie Bowman, a native of Chicago joined the Century 21 Kmiecik, Realtors on January 22, 2010 as a real estate agent, after holding numerous positions in the customer service field within the private and governmental sectors. Being a real estate agent allowed her to continue on the path of helping people, rather it’s becoming a homeowner for the first time or listing a client’s property for sell. Location has never been an issue so if you’re in the Chicago land area or the Northern/Southern suburbs, she likes to be considered as “the bridge” to getting her clients to the other side of their American dream!
Marjorie is married with four children who continue to be her inspiration for helping people, by their ongoing support. Showing a property in the late hours of the day or getting up early in the morning, she is known for making herself available by working around her client’s schedules. Being a people person by nature she likes to share personal experiences with her clients. Hoping that it will allow them to understand that the process of becoming a home owner or selling a home comes with challenges. However, working close with all parties involved ensures a positive outcome. A graduate of Concordia University, she continues her education by taking continuing education courses provided by the Chicago Association of Realtors. She has recently completed the Short/Foreclosure Resource (SFR) course in which she received certification as a specialist in this field.
