I have lived in Chicago for the past 26 years. I am a married father of two wonderful children. I received my Real Estate License in the 1990's and a few years later I obtained my broker license as well. While in college I took accounting because I work well with numbers.. I love to invest in Real Estate.

The way we do Real Estate has change in the last couple years. I try to educate myself and take workshops. Three years ago Ramiro took a workshop in foreclosure and short sale. I'm certified-CPFS-(Certified pre-foreclosure specialist) a high percentages of my business is foreclosures and short sales.
